What if they could find a way to silence you in mid speech?  What if someone, say an outspoken conservative who was rallying people to their viewpoint needed to be silenced without unexpectedly dying?

Mind control is not enough in a day and age when the digital media gives so many venues for “free speech”.  Until they are able to shut down the freedom of the Internet, something the U.N. actively wants control over, there will always be someone offering a differing opinion.  Having secret weapons of mind control won’t be enough.

There must be someone or something that says “Silence Please!”
