According to Dictionary.com Beware means:
verb (used with object)
1.to be wary, cautious, or careful of (usually used imperatively): Beware such inconsistency.
verb (used without object)
2. to be cautious or careful: Beware of the dog.
An easier understanding would be to take the word and break it down to BE AWARE.
Aware means: 1.having knowledge; conscious; cognizant: aware of danger.
2. informed; alert; knowledgeable; sophisticated:
In neither of these cases does being aware infer you should be afraid.
Cautious and careful are aspects that keep you from getting to the point you are afraid.
FEAR does us no good.
2 Timothy 1:7 (NKJV)
7 For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.
It only causes us to fret and we know that causes harm.
Psalm 37:8 (NKJV)
8 Cease from anger, and forsake wrath;
Do not fret—it only causes harm.
In the dark days ahead there will be many things that could inspire fear but we must keep our heads about us. We must have a “sound mind” given to us by God through His Word. Everything that the Lord wanted to alert us to is in The Word.
Beware those that would fill you with fear and not encourage you with faith.
Be aware of what they say and do.
Does their teaching or news create fear or does it offer you assistance in be prepared?
Does it tell you about problems or does it offer solutions to the problems?
One of the reasons we have revamped the S-E-E format for all upcoming seminars and conferences is to help (all those who want to be) to be a aware and be prepared naturally and supernaturally.
